Prof Mike Ozekhome, SAN, writes on behalf of Incorporated Trustees of Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), warning the Forum of State Commissioners for Finance of Nigeria, not to tamper with funds due to the 774 LGCs of Nigeria, but to pay to them directly as ordered by the Supreme Court in its judgement dated July 11, 2024.
